Early Morning: Begin your day with 1 glass of warm water, 5 soaked almonds, and 2 walnuts. You may also have green tea or lemon water if preferred.
Breakfast: Choose a wholesome breakfast such as 1½ cups of vegetable oats upma with a bowl of curd, 2 moong dal chillas with mint chutney, or vegetable poha with a boiled egg. Pair it with milk or unsweetened tea/coffee if desired.
Mid-Morning Snack: Enjoy one seasonal fruit like an apple, orange, guava, or a bowl of papaya. Coconut water is a refreshing option for hydration.
Lunch: Include 2 whole wheat rotis, 1 bowl of dal, 1 bowl of seasonal vegetables, fresh salad, and 1 bowl of curd. Add 100 g of grilled chicken or fish, or 75–100 g of paneer or tofu for additional protein.
